Quality Policy

Kelyfos Hotel is located on the second peninsula of Chalkidiki in a lush landscape overlooking the sea. Our vision is to offer unforgettable holidays to our customers by providing high-quality services. Considering the special conditions of modern times, climate change, humanitarian crisis and sustainability, we have developed a Unified Management System to ensure that we achieve our goals and continuously find the means to improve our performance. The Management System has been developed in alignment with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and the SA 26000 Guide to ensure the standards of both accommodation and catering services for guests on the hotel premises align with the legislation and our strategic objectives.

• This policy statement is appropriate and covers all operational processes and stages of the production and distribution of food within the hotel.
• Relevant legislative requirements relating to food safety, labour legislation and environmental management have been identified, monitored and implemented through the System’s procedures.
• We have set measurable objectives and monitor indicators that determine the performance of the Management System.
• Continuous improvement of the System is a crucial objective to improve the hotel’s services.
• The company maintains a highly trained staff depending on the job position. Regular training is conducted on proper food management, Health and Safety rules, environmental protection practices, safeguarding customer privacy and cultivating a pleasant and collegial working environment.
• Suppliers are assessed against strict criteria to meet the hotel’s service standards and, in addition, the Corporate Social Responsibility principles we have set. Particular emphasis is placed on evaluating suppliers related to the supply of products used for the restaurant’s needs. Whenever possible, we choose local producers and PDO products.
• The Management provides the appropriate resources to implement all of the above.

The Management of the Hotel assigns the Head of the Management System the responsibility to supervise the correct implementation of the System, manage corrective actions, and improve the System. This Policy shall be updated and reviewed periodically to ensure consistency with the current legislative requirements and the Hotel’s business.
