• The reception desk operates 24 hours.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

• If you need to store your luggage upon arrival or departure date, don’t hesitate to contact Reception.
We can also transfer your luggage to your room. 

CENTRAL SAFE DEPOSIT BOX

• The hotel has a central safe deposit box for guests, except those in the rooms. 

TRANSFER WITH EXTRA CHARGE

• If you require a transfer arrangement, don’t hesitate to contact the reception staff two days before your departure. Taxi / You can get a Reception for your taxi transfer anytime.

CAR RENTAL

• please get in touch with Reception if you want to rent a car, a motorcycle, or a bicycle. We will be happy to assist you. 

INTERNET (FREE WI-FI)

• We provide free wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access in all the hotel’s common areas. Wi-Fi internet access is also available in the rooms, free of charge. Please get in touch with the Reception for further information. For any issue regarding your connection, please get in touch with the Reception.

SHARED COMPUTER WITH FAX CAPABILITY

• Computers, Faxes, photocopies, and other relevant services are near the Reception.

DOCTOR ON CALL

• Possibility of a house doctor call with an extra charge. Don’t hesitate to contact the reception desk for more information. 

GUEST SERVICES

CHECK-IN TIME

• Check-in is available after 2 o’clock. Early check-in is possible before 15.00
o’clock according to the availability of the room.

DEPARTURE TIME

• On your departure day, you should release your room by 12:00. If you wish to keep your room longer, please inform the reception and day use can be arranged with an extra charge, depending on availability. There is also an express online checkout service. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• For tourist information, museums, sights, attractions, activities, historical and archaeological sites or any other information you may need, you can contact the Reception.

POOL TOWELS

• Our hotel offers pool towels to our guests. Please make sure to take them back to the hotel. If you lose, destroy, or do not return the towel, you will be charged the cost.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

• All rooms are serviced daily from 10:00 – 14:00. If you want your room to be cleaned at a specific time, please contact the reception desk.

CLEANING SERVICE

• Washing and ironing service upon request with an additional cost. 

IRON -IRONING BOARD

• There is an iron and an ironing board in each room. 

WAKE UP CALL-SERVICES

• If you wish a wake-up call, don’t hesitate to contact the reception desk.

If you notice any damage to your hotel room’s equipment, please report it to Reception. We ask for your understanding in case of delay due to technical reasons.

L o s t & F o u n d

For your convenience, you are kindly requested to report the loss of your personal belongings to the Reception as soon as possible. They will be delivered to your room or at the address you give us. All items found will be stored in our housekeeping department for up to 3 months.

S m o k i n g

We want to inform you that smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Smoking is only allowed in the outside premises of the hotel.

Pets are allowed at the hotel.

If you wish to pay your hotel bill using your credit card, please be informed that the hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard.

At Kelyfos Hotel, we are environmentally conscious and ask you to help us save water, rubbish, and energy.
