Payment Policy::

• Bank tranffer only accepted.
• 30% of the total reservation cost deposit (bank account deposit)
• Payment made upon arrival
• In non- refundable reservations the whole amount is paid when the booking is made

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days before arrival full refund is made. 21 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Call the reservation manager to arrange to postpone your reservation in order not to lose the deposit.
• Cancellation during the stay, requiring the customer to pay compensation equal to 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining days of the residence contract.
• In non-refundable reservations the whole amount is forfeited.
